Tips for Obese person to reduce weight:
** Most people think that reducing the calorie, going for a brisk walk, doing yoga, exercise, aerobics etc., will make one slim and trim, but here’s the tip for reducing weight without performing all above activities.
** Daily in the morning half an hour before breakfast on an empty stomach and at night before sleeping, drink honey and cinnamon powder boiled in one cup water.
** If taken regularly it reduces the weight of even the most obese person.
** Also drinking of this mixture regularly does not allow the fat to accumulate in the body even though the person may eat a high calorie diet.
